The young Welshman may live in an unpronounceable village in the middle of nowhere but the bass gods were smiling when Aloka came correct with this one.
K1 is an amen riddled, reese bass workout straight out of a late 90’s jungle rave.
Its got the kind of drive you’d hear in an old Bad Company record but the production is finely tuned to capture the imagination of those ‘nu skool’ ears.
We’ve already heard this dropped by Monki on 1Xtra & it even ended up on Dr Dre’s Beats1 radio with Anna Lunoe.
This tune is gonna be a big one at the festivals this summer! Scheduled for release with Punks Music at the end of April.
